Kadee Henderson Finch: Keyboard Workshop

Sat September 26, 2026 @ 9:30 am11:00 am
Escalante Town Park – Festival Stage

Bring your keyboards or just yourself as this talented pianist/educator will reference Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin; and teach a simple version (meant for beginners) of their styles, such as broken chords and steady patterns for Bach. Participants will learn to play these chords and patterns themselves, and then hear a short demo of a real piece by these individual composers that shows these concepts so they can tie it all together. Hearing about composers or listening to pieces is great, but digging in is better.

Price: Free!

A two-time Carnegie Hall performer and international competition prize winner, Kadee specializes in piano performance and pedagogy. With a Master of Music degree from the University of Utah (May 2025), she is passionate about contributing to a culture of musical excellence.
