Information for Vendors

The Escalante Canyons Art Festival provides a great opportunity for artisans to showcase their skills and display original, handcrafted wares for sale. Paintings, jewelry, clothing, scarves, wood carvings, leatherwork, furniture, photography, etc., are some of the many festival offerings.  Items sold by vendors should be made by the hand of the artist or relate to the theme of the festival.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage vendors are encouraged to participate, including non-profit organizations. With all the things to do at the festival, everyone builds an appetite!  Sorry, alcohol sales are not permitted.

Event Hours

Set-up outside: Thursday, September 23 – 10:30 AM to 6 PM and Friday, September 24 – 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM

Fair Hours: Friday, September 24 – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday, September 25 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Clean-up: Saturday, September 25 – 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Vendor Spaces

The festival committee is excited to host the event again in 2021 after cancelling in 2020 due to Covid-19. Acknowledging that we can’t predict what may be happening with the virus come September, we are moving all programming to outside venues. There will be no indoor vendor spaces this year.

Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ units, with or without electricity, in a street and/or lawn setting.  Vendors must furnish all tables, chairs, coverings and display items. 

Security

Security is not provided by the festival and is the responsibility of the individual vendors.

Registration constitutes agreement to hold harmless Escalante Canyons Art Festival for any loss or damage. 

Vendor Registration

Registration is taken as agreement to follow CDC Covid-19 guidelines in place when festival is hosted.

Spaces are limited and registration is on a first come – first served basis, so please register early!  We will accept vendor registrations until Thursday, September 23, 2021 if space is still available.

Early Bird open to April 30  ($10 off regular registration)

Regular – May 1 to Aug 31

Late – Sept 1 to Sept 23 (additional $10 fee)

Refunds for Cancellation

Refunds will be provided up until 30 days prior to the arts and craft fair.

Disclaimer

Escalante Canyons Art Festival reserves the right to refuse vendor registration to any individuals who do not meet the registration criteria or conduct themselves in any inappropriate, unethical or fraudulent behavior or actions.
