Learn to recreate nature’s elements in a lyrical expressive way with watercolor. Develop layered patterns of unique brushstrokes and mark making that emphasize light, depth, and space. Find the abstraction that comes with experimentation of color, texture, and personal mark making. Join in with painters of all levels that wish to explore and break away from the conventional. A technique that can be implemented in future oil or acrylic paintings.   

Loretta Domaszewski paints to create visual poetry with a deep connection to the earth as a living body. Spirit of Place is the inspiration for exploring the concept of the journey, the pathway, the personal quest. The physicality of it, the shape and curves, the way light travels through the water, the arc of the valley, the form and movement of the land, the patterns of a current. She speaks a universal language.
