Patrice Webb

LOCATION: Festival Plaza Stage
September 27 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Patrice Webb calls the North Idaho town of Sandpoint home where she lives with her husband and a band of four-legged critters. Her vibrant songs color in the spaces between the old and the new with originals that are like a meandering river flowing down through the blues, swing, country, and story-telling folk.

In 2017 Patrice was the winner of the Walnut Valley New Song Contest, and in 2018 her song “Mercury Rising Blues” took third place in the blues category of the New England Song Contest. Her songs have also received recognition from the Woody Guthrie Song Contest as well as the West Coast Songwriter’s Song Contest.

Patrice has released three CDs. Her most recent recording is an all original collection of songs that pays tribute to 20s, 30s, and 40s, swing and acoustic blues. To sample her music click here.

Earthpicks

LOCATION: Festival Plaza Stage
September 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

The EarthPicks compose and perform songs about the people, history, and natural wonders of Cochise County, Arizona. As educators and musicians, Jeff and Liz combine
their love of learning, music, and folklore to research written accounts of Cochise County historical events, locations, and related personages. They then experiment
with ways to structure melodies, harmonies, and rhythms to best convey the significance and emotional import of this material. The EarthPicks support their vocals
with acoustic bass, guitar, and harmonica. Spoken introductions to their songs help illuminate and contextualize their unique material.

Liz is a native of Cochise County. Jeff has lived in Cochise County for 30 years. They make their home in the foothills of the Huachuca Mountains.. To sample their music click here.
