Information for Vendors
Arts and Crafts
The Escalante Canyons Art Festival provides a great opportunity for artisans to showcase their skills and display original, handcrafted wares for sale. Paintings, jewelry, clothing, scarves, wood carvings, leatherwork, furniture, photography, etc., are some of the many festival offerings. Items sold by vendors should be made by the hand of the artist or relate to the theme of the festival.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage vendors are encouraged to participate, including non-profit organizations. With all the things to do at the festival, everyone builds an appetite! Sorry, alcohol sales are not permitted.

Vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ units either inside or outside, with or without electricity. Vendors must furnish all tables, chairs, coverings and display items.Indoor spaces are in a gymnasium setting. Covered canopies are not allowed indoors. Outdoor spaces are in a street and/or lawn setting.
PLEASE NOTE: Escalante City is constructing a new community center adjacent to the gymnasium used for the festival. It is not known at this time how that will affect the vendor spaces – whether or not indoor spaces will be available or whether or not certain outdoors spaces will need to be relocated. The festival committee will provide updates to vendors as we have them once construction is underway. If a desired space is not available, we will happily return vendor registration fees.
Security is not provided by the festival and is the responsibility of the individual vendors.
Registration constitutes agreement to hold harmless Escalante Canyons Art Festival for any loss or damage.
Refunds for Cancellation
We are sorry, but refunds are not provided other than as noted above related to space availability due to construction.
